Access ended because the account passed 90 days without payment. Nothing was deleted. A $999.00 reactivation brings the same site back with the same database, the same files and the same admin account, and restarts the monthly cycle from the end of the current month.
The monthly invoices that went unpaid before cancellation are voided rather than added to this - you pay the reactivation, not the arrears.
