Questions
Frequently asked questions
Including the ones with answers we would rather not give. If a question below has a "no" in it, that is the answer, and you should know it before you pay rather than after.
The product
What exactly do I get for $999?
A deployed, isolated instance of the product, live at the subdomain you chose. Specifically: your own database, two private storage buckets, a session store, two dedicated edge workers (the application, and one for long-running distribution jobs), an hourly automation schedule that runs only for you, and a superadmin account created from the email and password you set at checkout.
The software itself is the whole product: a member-facing investment application and a 54-page operator panel, with plans, ROI accrual, four commission engines, deposits and withdrawals, identity verification, vouchers, and site control over branding, terminology, pages and settings. The features page catalogues all of it.
The $999 also covers the calendar month you activate in — the $99 starts the month after.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your members, their transactions, your plans and your settings live in a database created for your deployment and bound to your workers alone. There is no shared table with a customer id column keeping you separate from other customers — the separation is structural, because there is nothing shared to be separated in.
We run the infrastructure that database sits on, so — exactly as with any hosting provider — the operational credentials that created your resources can technically reach them. What we do not do is create a second administrator account inside your site. Your admin password is stored hashed, and the field that carried it through setup is cleared in the same statement that marks provisioning complete.
Can I customise the branding?
Yes, and further than most products allow. You set the brand name, legal name, tagline, logo, favicon, support address, theme mode and colours. You can add custom CSS. You can create whole new pages, and you can override any named content fragment inside a page that already ships — with revision history on both.
You can also rename the vocabulary itself: Partner, Referral, Downline, Upline, Commission, Network, Level, Investment and Member, plus their plurals, across the entire interface. It is done word by word rather than as a global find-and-replace, so your routes and your data are untouched by the rename.
Is there a trial?
No trial, and no free tier. What there is instead is demo.investmentcms.com: a real running instance of the same software, seeded with a sample network so the dashboards, the network tree and the commission screens have data in them. Go in, click everything, break things.
It resets every hour, so nothing you do there persists. The demo publishes its own sign-in details on its sign-in page — we deliberately do not print them here, because anything printed on a static page would go stale at the next reset.
Can I self-host it, or buy the source code?
No. What you buy is a deployed, isolated instance that we provision and run on the investmentcms.com platform. There is no source-code download, no self-hosted licence and no on-premises option today. If self-hosting is a requirement for you, this is not the right product and we would rather say so now.
Money and members
Do my members pay me directly, or does the money go through you?
Directly to you. Your members' deposits are created at your NOWPayments merchant account, using your own API credentials, and settle into your account. We are not in that flow, we never hold your members' money, and we take no percentage of it.
The only money that moves between you and us is the $999 activation and the $99 monthly renewal.
What do I need to have ready before I buy?
Four things, and only the first is needed at checkout:
- Enough cryptocurrency to pay the $999 invoice.
- A subdomain name you want, and an email and password for your site's superadmin account.
- A NOWPayments merchant account of your own, before your site can take a member deposit.
- Optionally: a Didit account for automated identity verification, Cloudflare Turnstile keys for captcha, a Plausible account for analytics, and a Google OAuth client for Google sign-in. Each is off by default and none of them is required for the site to run.
Be aware of the honest gap here: those provider credentials are environment secrets on your deployment, and there is no self-service screen in the customer panel for entering them today. If that matters to your launch timeline, ask us before you buy.
Which cryptocurrencies can my members deposit and withdraw?
Precisely, without rounding up:
- Gateway deposits: the selector as shipped offers one option — USDT on BNB Smart Chain. The endpoint accepts any currency code your provider supports, so you can extend the list, but one coin is what ships.
- Manual USDT deposits: three chains — BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), TRON (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20).
- Withdrawals: six selectable networks — BNB Smart Chain, TRON, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and Bitcoin — with USDT payout rails on five of them. A USDT withdrawal that selected Bitcoin is blocked at payout rather than paid on the wrong chain, and the application refuses to start if a deposit chain has no matching payout rail.
You will not see a coin count anywhere on this site. Numbers like that are easy to write and hard to honour, and this one would have been three times the truth.
Can members open a support ticket on my site?
No. The ticket system is real but it is operator-side plus automatic: your admin panel lists, filters and searches tickets, updates their status and takes admin notes, and tickets are created automatically when a payment needs attention — for example, a deposit that arrives partially paid opens one rather than being credited silently.
There is no member-facing form for raising a ticket. If you need one, you will need to point members at an email address or a channel of your own.
Billing and lifecycle
What happens if I miss a payment?
Nothing sudden, and nothing irreversible for six months.
- Days 1 to 60: your site keeps serving and your members notice nothing. You get warning emails at 3 and 30 days.
- Days 61 to 90: the public site is gated behind a renewal notice. Your data, your database and your customer panel are untouched. Paying the arrears restores it the moment the payment settles.
- Days 91 to 180: access ends and your site's admin panel closes. Outstanding monthly invoices are voided so they do not pile up. Nothing is deleted.
- Past 180 days: everything is permanently destroyed, after warning emails at 150 and 173 days.
The pricing page has the full table and a timeline.
Can I get my site back after it is suspended or cancelled?
Yes, up to 180 days past your due date. If you are suspended (61 to 90 days), pay every outstanding monthly invoice and the site restores immediately with everything as it was. If you are cancelled (91 to 180 days), a $999 reactivation restores the same site, the same database, the same members and the same settings, sets you paid through the end of the month you reactivate in, and restarts the monthly cycle. There is no back-payment for the months you were cancelled.
Do you delete my data?
Not while you are a customer, and not for six months after you stop being one. Suspension deletes nothing. Cancellation deletes nothing. Permanent deletion happens only past 180 days past due, is performed only by the daily job and only from the cancelled state, and writes a deletion record before it destroys anything. Two warning emails go out first, at 150 and 173 days.
When it does happen it is irreversible: the database, the storage buckets, the session store, both workers and the subdomain are destroyed and the name is freed for someone else.
Can I get a refund?
No. Activation creates real dedicated infrastructure the moment your payment settles, and that cannot be un-done. Monthly payments cover a month of service that has already started and are not refundable or pro-rated. Reactivation works the same way as activation.
Cryptocurrency payments also cannot be reversed by us once settled. The full statement is in the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
What if I want to leave?
Stop paying. There is nothing to cancel, no notice period and no cancellation fee — the lifecycle above simply runs its course, and you can change your mind at any point in the first 180 days by paying.
Read the next answer first, though: there is no self-service export tool, so if you want a copy of your data, ask us before you let the 180 days run out. After deletion there is nothing to ask for.
Operating your site
Can I export or back up my data?
Not by yourself, today. There is no backup, restore or full-export button in the admin panel. The only export that ships is a CSV of your newsletter subscriber list.
We are telling you this on the FAQ page rather than in a footnote because it is the kind of thing that matters most at the worst moment. If a data export is important to you, raise it with us before you buy rather than after.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You request the domain in your customer panel, the panel gives you the exact CNAME record to create at your DNS provider, and once that record is live we activate the domain.
That last step is performed by a person on our side, not by a script. We are not going to imply it is instant. Your subdomain keeps working throughout, so your site is never offline while a domain is being attached. The domain itself and its registration cost are yours.
What support exists?
Your customer panel has a support contact for reaching us about your deployment, billing, your custom domain, or a provisioning problem.
We do not publish a response-time commitment or a service-level agreement, because we would not be able to substantiate one — and a number we cannot honour is worth less to you than an honest silence. For the software itself, the admin panel is documented in-product and the live demo is always available to try something in before doing it on your own site.
Do you have access to my site or my members' data?
We provision and operate the infrastructure your site runs on, so the operational credentials that created your database and storage can technically reach them — the same as with any hosting provider. We are not going to claim otherwise.
What we do not do is hold a second key to your panel. Your superadmin account is created from credentials you choose, the password is stored hashed, and the field used to carry it through setup is cleared in the same statement that finishes provisioning. Inside your site, every audited admin action — including view-as-member — is written to an audit log you can read.
A question we will never answer with a number
Uptime percentages, customer counts, "trusted by" logos, testimonials, awards, security-audit claims and compliance certifications appear nowhere on this site. We cannot substantiate any of them, and on a product in this category several of them would be actively dangerous to publish. If you see a competitor claiming them, ask what the claim is based on.
