There is no third number. No setup fee on top, no per-member charge, no transaction cut — your members' money never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of. And your .com domain is included free with the package. Everything on this page, including what happens when a payment is late, is the whole policy.

How you pay us
Both the deployment fee and the monthly fee are paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments' hosted checkout, with the price fixed in US dollars at the moment the invoice is created. You choose which coin to pay with at checkout. We never see your wallet and never hold your keys.
Your members, if you accept crypto deposits, pay into your NOWPayments merchant account — that flow is entirely yours and none of it passes through us.
If a payment is late
The grace ladder is long on purpose: a missed month should never cost you your business.

| 1–60 | Overdue | The site keeps serving; your members notice nothing. Warning emails at 3 and 30 days. |
| 61–90 | Suspended | The public site shows a renewal notice. Your data, database and customer panel are untouched. Paying all outstanding invoices restores it immediately. |
| 91–180 | Cancelled | Access ends and the admin panel closes. Outstanding monthly invoices are voided in favour of a $999 reactivation that restores the same site and the same data. Nothing is deleted. |
| 181+ | Deleted | Resources are permanently and irreversibly destroyed, after warning emails at 150 and 173 days. |
Sixty days of full service and ninety more with your data intact means a missed payment never becomes an emergency. The ladder exists to protect you, not to catch you out.
